I bought software from Ryan after he showed me how easy it was to trade CFDs. He assured me i would have a training session with the installation, and he would be a call away if i had any problems. The technician didn't come to do the installation and it was done over the phone. The training which was suppose to be done on site was done over the phone. It wasn't training but just 5 rules. I followed the rules and did some paper trades. None of them worked out. I contacted Ryan and asked for training. He keeps telling me he will be here but until now always has excuses as to why he couldn't make it. Now he has given me 3 shares that i should trade. I looked at them and found that none of them qualify past the first rule. I then asked for proper training or my money back. He is now ignoring me. My trading account hasn't been opened either but they have taken my money. Maybe a few of us can approach East Coast Radio consumer watch for help. It's better if there is a few of us contacting Wendy, as normally she will attend to a group easier than just one person
