I used to receive my one time password for internet banking via e-mail. Twice I went to Carletonville branch as a prestige client requesting that it be send to my cellphone. Today I sat with a red face at a dealer trying to do a transaction, while the dealer is busy getting the goods ready I have purchased. Needless to say Standard Bank has failed me once again. My old e-mail address was still on the system. What a pathetic bank!!!
