AFRICAN BANK GETS IT WRONG EVERYTIME

On December 14th 2012 a debit order went off which was suppose to go off on the 1st of January. It then went off again on the 1st of January (which means it was a extra payment) it was rectified at the time and the money was refunded to me, the next debit order then went off on the 1st of February (should go off on the 1st of every month) My payment went off the on the 1st of March as well

Today (7 March) I get a SMS to say I'm R600 in arrears...??? how is this when I pay EVERY month.

Because of one mistake by someone that obviously can't do their job, it's effecting me now and giving me a bad credit rating. I want this rectified and I want a letter to apologize so that I have it for my records.
