3 days ago I called the customer care line, we have sold our vehicle but have a exstra policy for cover on the vehicle, I was told that a enquiry was logged and that they will get back to me in the next 24 hours. I am still waiting. after about 30 calls and faxes that would not go through I don't know what to do next. What is the use of having a customer care if you cannot help the customer? This is really terrible service.
