I have dealt with a few call centre folks recently while shopping around for vehicle insurance.By far the best service has been from Dial Direct. Sechaba deserves a mention. He has just the right mix of professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. No pushiness, no overselling, just answered my questions, handled my application, all of this with charm and a great attitude.
