I went on to FNb web site to buy data from cell c. i paid and the money has was immediately deducted.
when i checked my Cell c dongal i got a message saying i had re-charged my account with R0 money i called Cell-c immediately and was told to call FNB. After explaining the situation to FNB i was Put on hold for 20 min and was then told that there might be a system error but that can only be logged in 24 hour and i should just wait.
Why is there no warning of this when we buy the airtime???
