Again i would like to thank Dial Direct for assisting me in updating my policy with them. They are as always help full, efficient, fast and knows how to interact with you as the client. It sometimes feels like I "spoke" with one of my own "brothers or Sister" when getting the assistance i got.
I would entirely thank the young man who assist me in getting my "old faithful Fiat Uno " insured on the 20th of February 2013 at the Cape Town Telemarketing branch. My humble apologies for forgetting his name. Will You please follow up and thank him, because he was the gentleman assisting me on that day. He really raises the bar when it come to excellent customer service. Dial Direct is really one of those companies I can really relate with regard service delivery. They consultants their appoint are according my rating 12 out of 10!!!
