I emailed FFW numerous time to cancel my policy and also for a claim submitted FOUR mons ago. No real resolution on either queries.
As Peggy mentioned in an email to me that my policy was cancelled, yet lo and behold, I was billed the very next month. Not only that, I was billed on an incorrect date, and there aren't any funds in my account to cover it.
So now my credit history is negative, I have no funds to cover the deduction, and I now have to pay more fees to the bank for FFW's absolute lack of follow through and to actually tell the truth.
Word of advise- go with OUT SURANCE, I've never been happier. FFW is incompetent and does not deserve your trust. If you do not mail continuously your query/issue/repayment will not occur. I have resorted to calling the ombudsman to resolve this issue, that's how bad the service is.
Save yourself the time, FFW should not be trusted, especially when you need to claim or just get a true response out of them. Not the automated replies, which will be the only communication you receive.
