My medical aid payment went off this morning and was returned just now? Why are you canceling my debit order - rectify is immediately. I cancelled the debit order last time erroneously and was advised it was corrected, apparently not! Sort this out ASAP! If I have problems with my medical aid because of this there is going to be a huge problem and will hold you responsible.
