I have send an e-mail to Lemmy complaining about the car insurance premium that i was paying and that i was cancelling the policy with my way to go shop around for a better offer. i immediately recieved a call from Lemmy and he asked what the problem was of which i explained. upon explaining he managed to reduce my premium from R778 to R434. i appreciate his patience and the professionalism that he displayed. Thank you for assisting me i do appreciate.
