My phone went in for repairs on the 14th February, its now the 1st of March, two weeks later! I was initially told I would be notified after 3 days, if my phone could be repaired or not! After 4 days, with no response, I had to call! On wed the 20th I was told my phone would be repaired the next day and delivered! On fri the 22th I phoned again and spoke to Posh, he said my phone had been repaired, and he doesn't know why they didn't deliver it, he assured me I'd receive my phone on mon the 25th! Since then I've called your call centre at least 4 times, each time being promised feedback by the useless operators! Its now the 1st and I still don't have my phone! I have emailed the manager Donavan with also no response. I want my phone!!! This is ridiculous, I'm actually shocked and regret using this joke of an insurance company.
