Poor service on several points

I have been with Standard Bank for more than 44 years and have had more problems over the last two months than ever before
1. It took three applications over five weeks to get a change to my house bond. Everybody I spoke to could not care less about my problem - nothing received, apply again was the ongoing message even though I had an email acknowledging each application
2' I got an sms to collect a card at a local branch and when I went to collect it, it had been transferred to another branch 10 km away
3. I had a problem with my debit card and reported it to the Unit on 13th October and was promised a reply in ten working days. Now, after thirty two working days I am still trying to get a response. I have phoned (minimum holding time is 12 minutes) logged several comments on the web site and emailed, all to no effect. The reference number for this case is 123079659
Nobody at Standard Bank seems to care any more - they are all moving forward and leaving the customers behind
