I purchased an online groupon on 11 Feb and cancelled it the same day. I have yet to receive my refund. The merchant has given me proof that they have reversed the transaction. It has been over a week since I have raised the issue with FNB Premier Banking and to my knowledge nothing has been done despite me making phone calls and sending numerous emails with all required information and required documentation. It is extremely frustrating to wait over a week for any sort of feedback and find that the refund has not been credited to me when it is abundantly clear that I have cancelled the transaction and the merchant has refunded me. Furthermore, this is suppose to be a Premier service from FNB as I am a Platinum client and the usual turnaround for feedback for requests is 24hrs or less. I will not refer anyone if this is the service I continue to receive.
