I just want to express my gratitude to FAGMIDA at the Wesbank collections department for the excellent service and delivering on her promise, she is very polite and treated me like a human being and not just an account number. i have called wesbank a couple of times and i must say the service i received left a little to be desired.
with FAGMIDA it was a different experience and was not made to feel little.
