FNB Incompetence Costing Me Hundreds of Rands

I had a small personal loan with FNB in 2012, which was paid off in full by the end of December. However, since then, instead of closing the loan account, FNB is charging me a monthly service fee, a cpp insurance premium fee and interest.

Two weeks ago I contacted FNB about this. Te operator apologised and promised to properly close the account and refund the erroneous charges.

This has not happened, and this morning I was yet again charged additional fees and the money was taken out of my cheque account.

This is, FNB, and nothing else. I want my money back.
