Waiting For Car to Be repaired, no response

28/02/2013 still waiting for a assistance from 1st for Women, for a claim made on 5/2/2013. I called today again as no one had resolved the matter yet. Was told they could only get booking on 18th Mar at Mini Maxi in Springs. When I called Mini Maxi myself, first I discovered that the booking was only scheduled today 5mins before I called and that there is infact an earlier slot available on 11th. One of the consultants in the repairs department, Noma was extremely rude, interrupting me and not willing to help. No one at 1st for Women seems to understand why I'm finding all this unacceptable. They all seem to think it's ok for me to pay for my car insurance premiums yet still not have a car for two months. Furthermore there is no follow up, you have to chase them around before they do anything. And still nothing gets done.
