So fedup with absa

I was never in my life so frustrated with a bank. On the 21st of Feb I paid my credit card in full, no monies owing up to date. Haven't used my card since I paid it. Today I logged into my Internet banking only to find that there an amount charged to my card, I called the call centre to find out and the guy told me its a finance charge. Now how can Absa charge me for something that's not there??? So please reverse this amount with immediate effect as I m not paying for this!!! Even if t means I must change banks I WILL!!!
