After dealing with numerous Insurance call centres for comparitive quotes, i was very pleased to have received a call from Romlin Naidoo from Auto & General. Unlike other Call Centre agents this young man was prompt to reply to all of my questions in a precise and polite manner. His approach was very professional and I did not feel as if I was communicating with a robot (as compared to other insurance agents).
