No financial assistance or solution

On 16.01.2013 I contacted my premier banker namely Chanelle Katts, reference 1-691029016 informing her that I had been unemployed for several months and that I needed some financial assistance with regards to payment of my debit orders. In spite of the fact that I have been with FNB for many years, she kindly informed me that it was my problem and not theirs.
