Loan Tracer SA deducted money from my account on the 25 February 2013 without my consent. Apparantly you gave permission when you clicked on the submit button. I am sure this is illegal, as they deduct money but do not render any services. How can they just make debit orders from your bank account. Can I ask the bank to reverse it?
