The height of incompetency!!

On the 22 January 2013, I had experienced a rather devastating incident at the phoenix plaza, at the FNB Bank. I went to use an ATM which was in the bank itself only to be a victim of ATM .
It was my turn to use the ATM therefore I walked forward, I slotted my card in and then a black male approached me whilst I was at the ATM and said he said that he had not removed his slip. I pulled out the slip and handed it over to him but despite the fact that I did, he still pushed his way to the machine and started punching in numbers. I tried to get him to go away and asked him what his problem was. The guard was nowhere near by to assist me in any way. I then realised that my card was not coming out of the ATM when I requested, I called someone from the bank to assist me - they were standing nearby, I explained to them what had happened and they just laughed at me. I immediately went into the bank to inform them and to block my card and the teller advised me to join the queue. Within minutes R5000 was drawn out from a standard bank ATM not far from the FNB Bank. I told the teller he already drew out so much; he then called someone to block my card.
