I requested my RA be "Paid up" and paid out, filled in the necessary forms after being sent the incorrect ones at the start of Feb, I have been told on two occasions, the 14th and the 20th Feb that the money was released for payment and will be paid within 48 hours, in each case, after checking, the money owing to me has not been paid at all and I am yet to receive payment. I have dealt with Mike, Anna, Thumi and a number of other team members in relation to this complaint. I am due to get the money tomorrow, I have yet to believe that this will be paid, honestly laughable, my complaint is that I have had to take this so far to get some action, if that is indeed going to happen.
