I took a policy to commence on the 25.02.2013 and i have informed the sales consultant that i will not have the once off admin fee of R200. He promised that although an sms was sent to em with an amount of R1160 he will go to his Team Leader to waive this and i should ignore this. I want my R200 back or else i am going to cancel this policy and so help me that you dont even ask for bank statement to inconvience me. This is not a way to start a business with your new client
