I would like to voice out my disappointment at my Absa private banker.
Early this year, I asked her to put a 32-day notice on my account as I needed the cash. When I went to the bank 2 weeks later to find out when the money would be available, I was told that a notice was never issued!
2 weeks back I asked her for information on some charges that are on my account, to-date, I have not received any form of feedback!
Disappointed :(
