BETWEEN MARCH AND APRIL 2011 I HAVE APPLIED FOR A RCS CREDIT CARD AT FAIR PRICE FURNITURE SHOP IN SPRINGS, GAUTENG. AFTER TWO WEEKS A GOT A CALL THAT MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR AN AMOUNT OF R10, 000 THROUGH OUR COMMUNICATION I DECLINED BECAUSE I DECIDED I DID'NT NEED ANYWAY.

IN DECEMBER 2012 RECEIVED A CALL FROM RCS THAT I HAVE PURCHASE WITH THE CARD FOR AN AMOUNT OF R9, 000 WHEN M I GOING TO PAY . THAT GOT ME ANGRY BECAUSE I DECLINED THAT 2011 NOT EVEN RECEIVED THE CARD IN MY MAIL OR ANY CALL THAT I MAY COME TO ACTIVATE . I WAS INFORMED BY CONSULTANT THAT IF M NOT AWARE OF THAT I MUST FAX AN AFFIDAVIT EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AND SIGN SEVERAL SIGNATURE ON IT AS WELL AS COPY OF ID

ON THE 13 DECEMBER 2012 I DID FAX TO RCS ON THIS NUMBER (021) 597 -4726/23 IT WAS RECIEVED THEY TOLD IT WILL BE INVESTIGATED FOR A PERIOD OF 4 WEEKS BUT UNTIL NOW' CALLS ARE STILL COMING THROUGH THAT I OWE THEM

PLEASE ASSIST I NEED TO KNOW WHO USED IT, WHEN AND HOW WAS IT ACTIVATED WITHOUT MY ABSENT, ITS LONG OVER DUE FOR INVESTIGATION. I CAN'T CARRY ON WITH MY PLANS
