Kindly note FNB quick to charge exhorbtent charges with cash deposit fees; withdrawal fees; mantenance fees and service fees.

Lack the expertise to data capture and input the details correctly as is evident. Thanking you for the inconvenience caused as we now being charged fees for being inarrears and we not in arrears rather you caused inconvenience and tarnish my reputation with reputable companies as my deposit slip clearly outlines correct reference numbers.

Please treat us like humans as we not computers like FNB as is contrary to the name and making the client last. U will need to re-imburse us for the inconvenience caused as to the charges levied to us.
