Hi - I would like to thank Suze in the Claims call centre for sorting out my query. Her colleague took my query and was passed my messages during the course of the day. When her colleague had not contacted me (and had left to go home), I called Suze again who followed up with my claim and called me back each time with a status update. Finally by 16:55 in the day, Suze informed me that her line would shut down at 17:00 but that she would stay late until she received the email we were waiting for. As a result I was able to finalise my tasks on time. Well done Suze for delivering great service on behalf of Miway.
