To follow up on my previous complaint, I have received a few calls (even got a reference number 31966172) to assure me the problem will/has been resolved first by the 13th and then again by the 15th. Thus far nothing has happened and the phone numbers i have seem to be bogus numbers, as for the last two days they just ring (more than likely the reference number is also bogus). This yet again, despite always being told how important and valued you are as a client, shows Standard Bank's total disgregard for long standing clients.
