Since my last complaint I wrote about Standard Bank on the 03 Jan 2013, not only have the bank not responded to my complaint, they didn't even bother to acknowlegde it or phone, nothing! Now I'm also thinking, or shall I say I'm convinced the R22, 24 they charged on my supposedly arrears account won't be removed and I won't be refunded. And the irony is that with their last response the consultant was eager to request me to please remove my complaint and to indirectly convert it into a compliment... I find their lack of professionalism appalling and decided it's not my duty to pick up the telephone and inquire about any development after lodging my complaint.. I'm furious, honestly! It's strange how, when the error is caused from their side, nobody informs you and expects you to please understand, but when it's the other way around you get charged left, right and centre... nevermind restoring your good credit record!
