My daughter is trying to take out a loan with Wonga since last week, however, she needed to change her email address as her previous email had some kind of trojen so we deleted it and have set up a new email account. She is now unable to take a loan, and no proper feedback can be given as to when the problem will be resolved.
I mentioned then we will have to go elsewhere, and guess what, they did not even try and persuade us or offer any assistance as to finding out when the problem will be resolved.
They advertise on TV the entire time about how wonderful it is to take out a loan with Wonga - well, guess what... NO LOAN.
