Slow & Poor Quality Service

Having been with this company for well over 4.5 years and only filing 2 claims and paying well over a R100, 000 in contributions & having maybe R10, 000 in claims paid you'd think you'd be a value policyholder (for Managing your risks well), well apparently thats not the case.
I've been the victim of an armed - I reported the incident 3 January-13, as at 15 February-13 I've received no status or feedback regarding this claim - I've queried this a number of times telephonically and have been promised that I'd been called back or to have information forwarded to me, none of which has happened. Well over 30 working days have passed Integrisure has my e-mail, cellphone, home and office contacts definately no excuse for such neglect and slow turnaround.
