After having faithfully served my company for years, I finally made the decision to resign. Everything went fine, until I tried to claim my provident fund.

I have been transferred from pillar to post within ABSA. Heard claims that the payment was made, but rejected on 24/12/2012. Asked to re-submit bank statements to prove that my account is active. Promised again that it will be sorted out asap etc. These are just the things i was told when i managed to get through on the toll free number.

It has now been 16 weeks since I have asked for my money, and no results.

I am fed up. The next thing I am going to do is drive to the actual building, and throw my toys ouot the cot in their reception. Maybe then somebody will listen to me?
