So many questions comes up when I have troubles with a bank. Are they really working there or are there just a bunch of clowns working for a Circus. I logged a query 3 weeks ago for a document to be sent to me. a week after that, i phoned again to find out why i am not getting the document that i asked for. Today i had to phone for the third time and ask why i am not getting what i have asked for. Why do people have to get nasty over the phone to get a response out of anyone or out of the bank.
3 weeks after i logged the query i finally got what i wanted but i am still very unhappy about the way certain Banks treat some of their customers even if they are under debt review. Being under debt review doesn't mean that you have to be treated like of the earth. a person under debt review is a normal person like anyone else out there and we would like to be treated like that in person or over the phone. But Absa in my opinion is falling under the same category as some of our other SA banks
