I phoned wanting to cancel my policy with MYWAY. I was given service by a remarkable lady called Nthati who ultimately convinced me not to cancel my policy by giving me a better and lower monthly premiums from what I have been paying for the last 3 years. As much as I am loyal with this insurance I think today I was fortunate to speak to someone who understand my language and the advise she has given me was the best.

I am happy with her being patient, making sure that what she says to you it is clearly understandable and at the end of the day you are happy.
