It seems that Standard Bank/Blue Bean service has gone down the drain. My card has expired at the end of January and I have not been informed of this.
I had to contact the bank to order a new card, was assisted by some person who was quite rude. I had to try and transact when the transaction did not go through I only realised the card had expired. I know have to wait for the bank to decide to send me my new card, when I do not know. In the mean time I have to make an urgent payment and I have the company phoning me daily asking me for payment and all this due to the fact that my replacement card was not available on time!
I am very unhappy with their service. I have lodged a complaint on theirsystem last week and have had no feedback and again today.
