Poor attitude and service

Upon calling FNB First Justice legal for advice, i'm confronted with attitude from the Nico! He keeps interrupting when i'm speaking to give me his opinion instead of me finishing my question or statement. Is this the service that i pay for? To date the service received from FNB Legal ahs been truly appalling and shocking to say the least.
