I have responded to a TV ad to get a cheaper insurance @ Outsurance. The gentlemen returned my call the following morning, but to cut a long short, they couldn't beat my current insurance quote on my Golf 5. He then informed me to expect a call from them a day after to get my details for the money to be paid to my account, and it is now almost 2 weeks and nothing still. This is more about the promise that they make than the money itself.
