Month 3 and I'm still battling to find answers from Nudebt Management regarding the unuathorized debit orders from my account. I spoke to Zila and asked her what is the process for Nudebt to process debit orders on behalf of third parties and she said she doesn't know. I asked her who authorizes these debit orders she says she doesn't know, I asked her for her surname, she hung up on me. After calling for an hour trying to get through to someone who can assist me, being thrown from pillar to post she hangs up on me without any assistance! I've also been battling to get through to the admin department because I was told the entire department is in a meeting. How can the entire department go to a meeting and not leave a single person on standby to assist its customers? I am appalled by the level of bad service I've received from this company and I'm not going to rest until this is resolved.
