Can I please be informed as to what's going on!

My background has previously been mentioned on this forum so I won't repeat.
After not getting any positive feedback on numerous queries, my spouse arranged to meet with Johan Ellis on 05/12/12.I took the liberty of calling our creditors for o/s balances. Found out that 1 RCS acc was paid up, a 2nd had a bal of R50 before it could be paid up & becos CA couldn't assist with an ABSA credit card acc, I made arrangements to pay directly to the attorneys. The acc was closed becos of this arrangement. This was brought to Johan's attn during the meeting. To my surprise, RCS closed acc was paid 2X after this meeting as well as ABSA into a closed acc. I had to once again make arrangements for overpayments to be transferred to an existing loan acc at RCS and request ABSA to transfer 2 pmnts to attorneys!
Our case was transferred from Debtcon to CA. We started couselling in Feb 2008, 4 yrs later and our case has still not gone to court. 2 court dates obtained but postponed and not told the reason why. Can we now be informed as to the status of our case? Whilst we keep on paying, the interest on the o/s acc's just keep on increasing. Are we ever gonna see the end? Y r pmnts made to closed acc
