Last night I apply for a personal loan, the call centre angent says it's provisionally granted and they would phone me back with more details, next day and nobody has phoned me, I went onto the site for someone to phone me and nobody has phoned
They know how to spam our mailboxes with JUNK but have no glue of customer service!!!
