Firstly get your telephone systems in order, tried 4 times this morning, went through to IVR and call dropped, 4 times.. and cost me almost R15 on my cell bill.. Then you decided to debit my account on the 13th... the 13th.. who has money on the 13th.. I am willing to pay my account, but if your incompetent agents dont know the difference between the 13th and 30th, the I will refuse to make payments and will stop payments to you. And all will be your fault.
