I emailed FRB to understand why they are taking R400 for international telegraphic transfers when this has not happed before. why are FRB involved. I received no response from the following email addresses.

I have been unsuccessful with the [Email Removed] This transfer was from Dubai to Nedbank. Go Banking. Previously was from Dubai to Investec bank. Both instances R400 charge was from FRB.
