To whom it may concern,
Yesterday for the first time since I've had this loan, did this entry appear on my MyTransunion credit profile and I received a notification from them, advising me. All fair, yet your company does not update my profile and this is not acceptable. I have requested that this be done, via email support@standardbank - no response, details still reflect the same on my report.
Kindly amend and confirm the changed made asap.
