Recently I dealt with Outsurance in a claim where their client drove into me. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Even worst is they cannot do MATH.
They FINALLY decided to pay me out on a 70% basis for my car. So already I get 30% less for their clients mistake. To make is worse they then deduct their client's 30% from my 70% again? So I have to sacrifice 2 time the 30% that I am appartently am liable for.
Outsurance way of doing math (splitting 70%/30%):
70% of my damage - THEIR CLIENTS 30% as well???
Obviously if their client is only getting 30% he is more liable than me.
How is this fair???
Their Client skipped a stop street drove into me and now I loose my car because of this?? They only want to pay me R10200 for my Toyota Yaris 2009 model? How will I be able to replace it with so little money??
People if you see a car with a OUTSURANCE STICKER stay clear they are the worst insurance company ever to deal with.
