I have had call centre telesales coming out of my ears... all with the same attitude and lack of listening. I went on-line and decided due to the advertising to look at King Price, but didn't finish putting my details in as I had to rush off. I received a call from Earl anyway, he was patient and efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with, I was really busy and he was a super star. however, I must say that it obviously is a work ethic at King Price, as when I called in to speak to him, the young man who assisted me on the phone was most helpful and friendly. I got a much, much better deal for my insurance needs and even received a text after the first month (January - a new year) of a reduction in my premiums!! Thank you Earl for working on my deal for me - greatly appreciated all your assistance. Would recommend King Price to all - many of my colleagues are now looking at changing, just for the reduction in premiums an efficient friendly way they work!
