Applied for a new credit card from the 4th of January and I still can't use the credit card because Of somebody who can't do their job and repeatedly went back to the branch to sort it out and repeatedly I was to and that my card can't be used after 48hours. It's been already a month now and I still can't use my card, this is after the bank has debited me for the card.why would you debit if my information is not complete. The head office is not exemed as well as they were rude to me and put me on hold for 20 munites for who knows for what.

My account is update and I am paying my account as agreed on the contract but they are not. This is the poorest service I have ever seen, really really bad service.

How many 48 hours am I going to have to wait for me to use my card that I pay for.
