Highly damage car - service

I bought a new car Oct last year and my wife had a accident 3 weeks later. the insurance took 3 weeks to and get everything through and sent the car to the repairer. the parts had to come from overseas and they only started working on the car 2nd week in Jan 2013. i had a rental car the first month then the insurance just took it back. in the mean time there been a few aditional parts the required even as big as the subframe. i asked A&G to write off the car and they did not want to and they got the subframe in and fixed it. now yersterday i hear the steering collumn collapesed and this will be anothere 2 or 3 months to wait.

Im haviung a litle girl in less that 1 month and they want to give me back a car with 800KM and highly damaged car that should have been written of, even the repaired Kondylis motors said so.

I want a new car and i dont want anything less that that. i have had it with the service i had from Auto and Genaral.
