I went to pick up a few things after having had a long day as usual at KwikSpar which is is really convenient. I walked in carrying my bag which had some books. Seeing as the lady who usually stands at the door and takes the bags to be stored while customers shop wasn't in sight, I decided to take me bag with me. I later saw the security lady while I was shopping around and she said nothing to me regarding the bag. As I was walking out, she called me back and said that she had to search through my bag. I didn't't resist and so she took me to the back (whilst all the other customers were staring at us and wondering what had gone on). She then searched through my bag and indeed found that nothing had been. She then proceeded to mumble a quick apology and walked away. I felt incredibly embarrassed and as a teacher I found this treatment very degrading on my reputation. I would like a sincere apology from the security lady as well as the manager of KwikSpar in Rink street. As a loyal customer to this particular branch, I feel I'm owed an apology. KwikSpar should have better security measures in store. I don't appreciate being treated like a criminal.
