Capitec should have more staff in their employ like the consultant that assisted me by the name of Dalvin Pillay.
Excellent service, excellent mannerism, and extremely polite. Its staff like this that plays a huge role in client retention and customer satisfaction.
Clearly management potential that hopefully has already been recognised.
