Apply for a loan a week back - Still Pending

I am very very upset. Since when does it take more then a week (31 Jan 2013 - 7 Feb 2013) for a loan to be approved (or disapproved) it doesn't matter. I get mails, i send them my documents, I get phone calls from them and I send them extra documents, but still nothing.
If it goes on like that I will make sure that they get a bad reputation. Remember... WORD OF MOUTH!!!
